Why we exist
Most small-business owners need a business plan at the busiest possible moment: a loan application, an investor meeting, a lease, a second location. The choices have been to write it yourself with software, or hire a consultant, which can be costly and slow. VenturePlanned sits in between: a complete, well-researched plan and a real financial model, done for you, in files you can edit.
How we work
Every plan follows the same careful sequence: your answers, cited market research, a formula-driven Excel model, a plan draft, a checklist review, and a final review and approval before it goes out.
What we believe
- Plain language beats jargon. Your plan should read like you on your best day.
- Facts should have sources. If we state a number about your market, we tell you where it came from.
- Honest projections are stronger. We show the assumptions, and the downside case, so nothing surprises you later.
- Your work is yours. Editable Microsoft Office files, and you decide who sees them.
What we won't do
- Promise funding, approval, or investment. Those decisions belong to lenders and investors.
- Inflate your numbers to make a plan look better.
- Sell your information, or contact lenders or investors on your behalf.
The name
The name says what we do: we help you plan your venture. What happens next with lenders and investors is your call, and theirs.
