Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026.
These terms are a starter draft for a U.S. online service that prepares business plans. They are not legal advice and are marked for attorney review. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
VenturePlanned prepares custom business plans, including market research, financial projections, and strategy, from information a customer provides and from publicly available research. The intended purchase is a one-time digital delivery of editable files. Ordering is not open on this website.
The legal entity that owns VenturePlanned, and its mailing address, will be named here before paid orders open.
The waitlist is not an order
Emailing billing@ventureplanned.com to join the waitlist is a request to be notified. It is not an order, a contract to buy, a reservation, or a promise of price, scope, or a delivery date. We may change or discontinue the waitlist.
No guarantee of funding
We prepare business plans and financial projections. We do not guarantee funding, loan approval, investment, grants, revenue, or any other business result. We do not arrange financing, solicit investors, or act as your agent with a lender or investor. Lenders, investors, and grant programs make their own decisions. Projections are estimates based on information you provide and on published research. They are not promises of future results.
Not professional advice, and no SBA affiliation
We are not a lender, loan broker, investment adviser, broker-dealer, accountant, or law firm. A plan is a planning document. It is not legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration or by any lender or investor. You should consult your own professional advisers about a loan, an investment, a grant, or a legal or tax question.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you send us. You agree not to ask us to include a statement you know is false or misleading. Do not email Social Security numbers, full account numbers, tax identification numbers, or passwords. Our use of information you send is described in the privacy policy.
When ordering opens
Paid orders are not offered yet. When they are, checkout and an updated version of these terms will govern the purchase. The following points are the intended rules, and an attorney should confirm them before the first paid order:
- You keep the materials you submit. After delivery and payment, you may use the delivered plan for your business.
- We keep our methods, templates, questionnaires, and sample materials. Those are not part of what you buy.
- A person reviews a plan before delivery. That review checks the work product. It is not a credit decision and it is not a promise that a lender or investor will accept the plan.
- Delivery timing will be stated on the order only after it has been set. This draft does not promise a turnaround time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. You may not try to break, probe, or overload it, interfere with another person’s use, or use it to send unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to use the site.
The website itself
The site design, the name VenturePlanned, and our text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site to offer a competing service.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VenturePlanned and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for a decision by a lender, investor, or grant program. For claims that relate only to use of this website before any paid order, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you will indemnify VenturePlanned against claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from information you submit, from your misuse of the site, or from your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The state of organization, the governing-law state, and the venue for disputes will be added before paid orders open. If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. For the website itself, the posted terms apply as you continue to use the site. A paid order, once ordering exists, will be governed by the terms in effect when that order is placed.
Refunds
Refund terms are not set. When they are, they will be based on our work, not on a lender's or investor's decision. This section is part of the draft and still needs attorney review.
