Privacy policy

This policy describes how VenturePlanned (“we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through ventureplanned-web.vercel.app. The paid service is not open. Before we collect a questionnaire, financial documents, or payments, this policy will be updated and should be reviewed by an attorney.

Who we are

VenturePlanned operates https://ventureplanned-web.vercel.app. The legal entity name and mailing address will be added before paid orders open. For privacy questions, email billing@ventureplanned.com.

Information this site collects now

• Email you send us. If you write to billing@ventureplanned.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include, such as your name or business name.
• Server logs. The company that hosts this website may record ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, date, and the page requested. Those logs are used to operate and secure the site.

This site does not ask you to create an account. It does not process payments. It does not include advertising, analytics products, or marketing pixels. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

How we use information

• To add you to the waitlist if you ask, and to email you when ordering opens
• To operate, secure, and fix the website
• To meet a legal obligation

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What we do not collect yet

When ordering opens, the service is expected to collect answers to a guided questionnaire and, if you choose to provide them, financial documents. A payment processor would collect card details. We would not store full card numbers on this website. Before that collection starts, this policy will name those providers and say how long each kind of record is kept.

Do not email Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, tax identification numbers, or passwords. This inbox is not a secure place for those numbers.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers that host the website or transmit email, and only so they can do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, the public, or us. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to respond, to honor a waitlist request, and for ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete a waitlist request. We will delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and U.S. state privacy rights

You may email billing@ventureplanned.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to appeal a denial. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

We will verify a request using the email address you wrote from. If we deny a request, we will explain how to appeal by reply email.

Children

This site is meant for adults who are planning or running a business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has emailed us, write to billing@ventureplanned.com and we will delete the message.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of email or internet transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will say so in the notice on this page.
